Curagenex Genomic Upload portal
For each sample: a sample ID, a subject name or code, an optional project name, and the uploaded files. For each account: an email address, a password hash, and sign-in timestamps. Please use a pseudonym or subject code rather than a full name wherever possible.
Solely to receive genomic sample files from clients and process them for the agreed analysis. Data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.
All transfers are encrypted in transit (TLS) and files are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to your own account and authorized Curagenex staff. Every upload, change, deletion and download is recorded in an access log.
Interrupted uploads are automatically removed after a few days. You can delete your samples and files yourself at any time from the portal; deletion removes the files from storage. To request deletion of your account or any remaining data, contact your Curagenex representative.
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data at any time by contacting your Curagenex representative.
